Gotthard Tunnel
It is official. The ACP was commissioned to replace the smoke alarm sensors. ACP has 30 years of experience with tunnel sensors, from the manufacture of all fastening components, assembly, commissioning to maintenance, is carried out solely by ACP. A total of 224 smoke detectors will be installed. A great challenge in logistics, personnel coordination and flexibility for the ACP.

Rosenberg Tunnel
ACP has received the order for the renewal of the entire sensor system. From the manufacture of the control cabinets, assembly of all components to the complete commissioning. The tunnel will be equipped with 10 fully expanded sensor cabinets, 9 visibility and airflow measuring devices. This project requires a complex organization, great experience and punctuality, which our company will provide.

San Bernardino Tunnel
ACP has been tasked with replacing all sensors. With its variety of interdisciplinary services and employees, the ACP can provide the client with everything from one company. Design of all wiring diagrams, construction of 25 electrical cabinets for sensors, delivery and installation of 10 visibility meters (opacimeters) suction version, 56 measurement of air flow (Anemometers), measurement of differential pressure, as well as delivery and installation of all 16800m cables. Our company takes on the big task and guarantees safety, quality and independence with its own equipment, lifting platform and a large fleet of commercial vehicles.

Tunnel des Nations Genève
As a sub-supplier to one of the world's largest companies, ACP is allowed to carry out delivery, installation, commissioning and network measurement. An exceptional ability of the ACP played a major role here. As a partner, the ACP has confirmed the multilingualism, adaptability and, above all, the understanding of other procedural systems.

Bözberg- und Habsburg Strassentunnel
Thanks to its independence, many years of experience and as a capable integrator in the field of sensor technology in road tunnels, ACP has received the order for the replacement of the entire sensor system including switch cabinets, cabling, assembly and commissioning. The manufacture and delivery / assembly of the cabinets, visibility and airflow measuring devices are carried out in stages. The great flexibility of the ACP plays a determinant role here. Thanks to everything from a single source, the ACP can intervene quickly and specifically in the project with its own resources. Furthermore, the ACP is allowed to carry out a network measurement to check the thrust measurement of the jet fans and the calculation of the correction factors in both tunnels.

Bözberg- und Habsburg Eisenbahntunnel
Thanks to a big experience in aerodynamics, air situation and measurement technology, ACP is allowed to carry out the wind ratio in the railway tunnel to check the gallery doors, fire protection flaps and other factors, as well as to measure various climatic factors. Air flow measurement, differential pressure measurement, temperature measurement. An unusual and interesting task that is part of the ACP's mission.

Tunnel Einhausung Schwamendingen
Luminance cameras for regulating the lighting of tunnels are a great strength of the ACP. ACP builds, delivers and installs various types of luminance cameras in accordance with the applicable standards. The ACPLUm luminance cameras from ACP are very popular thanks to their simple design, location-independent thanks to internal vario optics (adjustable focus), resistant and practically maintenance-free.
Luminance cameras from ACP were installed in the Schwamendingen enclosure and in over 100 tunnels.
Furthermore, the ACP is allowed to deliver, assemble and commission a large number of visibility and flow measuring devices. Professional maintenance is part of the quality of ACP

Netzmessung
ACP is commissioned as a specialist for flow measurement in several tunnels. The measurement of the flow network according to the 5802 standard is carried out completely by ACP and the data evaluation is provided according to customer requirements.
A flow network measurement can be used to plan and control various electromechanical systems.
With this principle, the flow is measured over the entire tunnel section
and thus offers a representative level. The measured values obtained can be read out and used for other applications within the sensor system in the gallery, for example:
The natural flow in the tunnel can be determined.
In the ventilation:
The maximum ventilation output can be measured and monitored.
The ventilation performance can be measured at each individual level.
It is possible to control the required thrust of individual fans or the entire ventilation.
Flow meters:
For new systems, you can specify the correction factor for the wind measurement.
